At Triptik, we take utmost care in preparing and packaging every order. As our products are made and packed specifically for our customers, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases where an order is received damaged.

1. No Returns

All purchases made through the Triptik website are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or any other reason not covered under our damaged-order policy.

2. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange.

To request an exchange:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• You must provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the damaged product and packaging.

• The product and its original packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved.

• Once the damage is verified and approved by Triptik, we will arrange an exchange for the affected product, subject to availability.

Exchanges are applicable only for products that are received damaged. We do not provide exchanges for any other reason.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Any partial payment, advance payment, booking amount, or other payment made towards an order is non-refundable.

In the event that an order is eligible for cancellation, the refund eligibility, if any, will be determined by Triptik based on the circumstances and the status of the order.

4. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped and no tracking details have been generated or added.

Once an order has been shipped or tracking details have been added, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is specifically approved by Triptik, it will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and the customer's bank.
